In December 2016, Lux along with her celebrity model girlfriends Justene & Dawn Jaro crowd-funded a campaign to travel to Cannonball, North Dakota and supplied the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe with shelter & medical services to help continue their efforts to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline. They raised close to $30,000 in a week, and every donor received a print from this set as a gift of their gratitude.
Every voice in this country deserves to be heard, and the atrocities the peaceful Water Protectors have endured is despicable. A portion of the sales from this photo set will continue to go to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
